Appears in a beam of light that is shot down from a mysterious flying object. Nine years ago, she was a twenty-year-old college student dating Miyasako Kyouichi. She loves anime and cosplay. Is extremely skilled at cooking and programming and also possesses the ability to fly and shoot laser beams from her fingertips. She is also incredibly strong.

It turns out the Ashita that appeared from the beam of light was a copy made from the UFO to resemble Ashita from nine years ago, hence her young appearance. The copy (Ashita-chan) has the same physical appearance, smell, and even mannerisms of the original. However, there are some differences. Ashita-chan's supernatural abilities stem from the fact that she was created by Kyouichi's memories and desires that were influenced by watching anime. Also, the original Ashita Tendou is terrible at cooking and a major tsundere who now works as a light novelist. Kyouichi describes her as having an unstoppable personality as she dragged him around, forcing him to cosplay and go to anime conventions with her. She broke up with Kyouichi, believing that he would come back for her and was unable to express her true feelings to him for the nine years they were separated.

Later, another Ashita is summoned from the UFO. She has a kogal appearance as she resembles the Ashita Tendou from twelve years ago, known to her friends at the time as "Black Ashita". She can transform her arms into Gatling-style rotary cannons.

The original marries Kyouichi in the extra chapter of the manga and Ashita-chan and Black Ashita disappear.
