Aya, called Aya-chan by her friends, is a classmate of Takahata Shun. She is the most attractive girl in class, and both Shun and his classmate Satake seem to like her.

She appears in the first chapter, but dies when her finger gets stuck in a bag and is shot by the Daruma doll.
