A powder hunter, sorcerer, and serial killer. Balmunk only seeks the Rings of the Dead for the excitement he feels when he does find them. He is the leader of a gang made up of criminals with superpowers and weapons. Balmunks powers let him summon weapons, call on beasts, and create a large golem from one of his limbs.
