He is a technician in the castle and in charge of inventing the guardbot, "Palace Protector-kun". It seems like he has a crush on Lt. Commander Aki and always help her out. He knows of her weakness of sweets and that she hates someone touching the back of her neck. When he starts collecting data, he usually gets carried away.
