Byakuya describes him as her "manager"; he picked up Byakuya when she was homeless and dirt poor, offering her the chance to make money either through becoming a magical girl and saving the world, or through selling her body. He is as tall as a regular human and implies that his catlike appearance is just a costume, when in reality he is actually an angel with the ability to resurrect indefinitely. He gets Byakuya to wear skimpy outfits and often takes advantage of her naivete.

He has the kanji for "Saint" written on his forehead, though it mostly shows up as a cross.

He is a reference to Kyuubey.
