Carol is an air-headed girl from Britain who is in the same class as Tomo and Misuzu. Her actions are never fully predicted, but she seems to be trying to help Tomo get with Jun most of the time.

Misaki and Carol are cousins. Carol used to propose to Misaki when she was younger and still believes they will be married soon.
