Cécile Gagnier works as a tour guide in the Louvre museum. She is shown to be a very caring woman who aids several main characters, like Marcel, Twiggy and Snowbébé. Throughout the manga, Cécile grows closer to the two night guards, Patrick and Marcel, and helps Marcel unravel the secret of his lost sister.
