In Camelot Garden, Clarabel holds the position of "White Card", which makes the school rules unapplyable to him. He is charged of the Infirmary, which he refers to as "his territory". His blood is the only thing that can heal people in this dimension.

His feminine-like appearance can be explained by the fact that he had once been a girl. Clarabel was deathly ill, and his/her father would stop at no limits to save him/her. However, in an attempt to rid Clarabel of the disease, he stripped all feminine genes and qualities from her, thus resulting in Clarabel becoming a boy.
