Father Donatello is a priest living in Little Italy.

Donatello is also the so-called "Phantom Father" serial killer terrorizing Little Italy's streets. Obsessed with the idea of punishing evildoers, he is able to commit his murders thanks to his incomplete immortality as granted unto him by Szilard Quates. His fanatical hatred against the mafia leads him to kidnap Keith Gandor in 1927, only to be pursued by Claire Stanfield and Firo Prochainezo. In the aftermath of Keith setting his church ablaze, he is devoured by Szilard.
