Ohno Fumi is a new resident of Tsubaki-chou who arrived in May. She is a second-year student enrolled in the nearby high school. Although she doesn't think of herself as a student, she is definitely a level-headed girl! She is a charming young lady who is quite admirable when choosing ingredients in the supermarket, and she is popular amongst the neighborhood wives.

Previously, Ohno-san lived with her father, but due to the mountain of debt her family owes thanks to her father, she will go to any length to pay it off. In order to pay off the massive debt, Ohno-san begins working as a housekeeper.

Even though she is young, Ohno-san does not run away from her current situation. Instead, she works with a positive attitude. Her cooking specialty is making Kiriboshi Dalkon, thinly sliced and dried strips of daikon (white radish).
