Okuda is the main character of the Prophecy manga, but more an anti-hero.

He has once worked as a computer scientist in a company but was later kicked because his boss said he was "unskilled," due to the fact he's good at java program. Since that, he'd like to get revenge and criticize the society. By using the nickname of Paperboy, he sends files in YouTube to denounce and execute the recent culprits. He also makes a declaration, that if a person humiliates another one, he'll punish him.
