10 years ago, Justice Man carried out ''justice'' for the first time and killed. He enjoyed it, thus making his decision to become a true Hero of Justice. But for a Hero of Justice, Japan was simply too peaceful. He considered going abroad, but he heard there was still a great amount of evil hidden in the country. With true Companion, he begins the fight anew.
