He's a Hokkaido native, who never left Otaru for the first 24 years of his life. He's Mii-kun's old friend and an office worker. He's serious and well-liked by elder people, but he's ignorant of consequences, surprisingly short-tempered, naturally silly and has Mii-kun totally wrapped around his finger.
He follows early to bed, early to rise as a principle and he can't start the day without breakfast. He's a slow eater.
