Kurosawa's friend. He was the first person to socialize with him in school. He is an otaku.

He later hooks up with Takigawa, which makes Kurosawa avoid him. After Kurosawa's confession during the intense bullying he was enduring due to his confession, Keiji was the first classmate to start talking and helping him through tough times.
