A man Kako meets in a goukon who turns out to be a police officer.

After meeting Kako and later finding out she lied about her age, he tries to distance himself so as not to "shame the police."

After she jumps in the way and protects him from getting hurt, knocking her unconscious momentarily, when she regains her senses and asks him if he was hurt, he is overwhelmed and realizes he doesn't want to let he go, so he proposes when she wakes up at the hospital.
