Mei is a fifteen year old girl who was introduced in Chapter 1, Vol. 1. She is usually calm natured, very childlike, and has a love for stuffed animals. Her seemingly innocent sweet appearance is not what it seems. She is a mafia member residing with the mafia group "Lovely Town". As the story unfolds you learn she is not the innocent girl she is seemed to be.
