Micheal Amagasaki is a strange player in the project. Although seeming adored by at least some of his classmates, he becomes part of the project anyone to his own great shame. He is mostly ignored by the other players and seems to think himself hated and despised, jumping at the chance to garner their affections.

After being convinced by Kei Narumi, he attacked Harusame disguised as Hizuki in the hopes of saving all of the players lives. While Harusame was unhurt, Hizuki viewed this as breaking the rules and killed Micheal as punishment, putting Harusame back in the game after trying to trade his newly earned immunity for Micheal's life.
