Michiko is a high school sophomore at Daiouyama Prefectural High School and a member of the Fabrication! Astrology Pursuit Club. Prior to the club merger, she is a member of the Occult Research Club. She claims to be a wizard and is always shown wearing her cloak. Despite her eccentric personality and chuunibyou, she actually does well in academics except in Language Arts. She is shown to be childish, naive and gullible. Like Aiko, she has poor eyesight and usually wears contact lenses.

Before settling with "Meraru Disaster," she went by the title "Night Kaiser" in middle school, a name choice she regrets. Her student I.D. indicated that she is Student Number 6 of Class 2-H.
