Somuku's Father who died 3 years before the storyline. After his death his son inherited the financial firm.
He was the type of man who lived his own way, so much so it became a bother to others. To Somuku he was an cruel, violent, tricky old man. You could say he is the reason why Somuku is the way the he is today. They are indeed like father like son. We find out in later chapters that Somuku's Father was murdered.
