A priestess serving at the court of the emperor, whom she believes is weak-willed and not fit to rule. She advises the emperor to capture Asahi in order to secure the Water Dragon God's power for their own; disappointed in the outcome, she instead turns to Kogahiko. When she was a child, her family died in the famine that resulted from a severe drought.
