Rin Kagawa is junior (kouhai) of Tanaka Ayumu, Kakuryuu Takeru and Mikage Sakurako. She attend same middle school with all of he seniors (senpai) and also in high school. She is former Kendo Club in middle school and join Shogi club due to following Ayumu's steps. She love to compete on any competition especially in Shogi and Kendo with her senpai especially with Ayumu and Takeru.
