He is the total opposite of Keita—a gentle, nice and amiable boy who never offends anyone. He was always nice to Himari in the primary school (and later when she comes back to the high school), so she fell in love with him and confessed to him only to be rejected. However, later on, when he realizes that he actually likes her, she was already falling in love with Keita.
