Considered a prodigy, his grades were at the top of his class. He was imprisoned for killing his whole family except for his little sister with a kitchen knife. His only motive was said as "He wanted to know what kind of expression a person would have after being attacked by someone they trusted deeply."

He later reveals that he has no memory of when the murder incident of his family had happened, and that he loved his family very much.

Sachi reveals that he has two personalities and that his second personality, the one that was aware of all the dark things happening in the Kirichima household, is X. He also states that his older brother often beat him up when he was younger and that his parents pretended not to notice all of it.
