Sae is a high school student of Daiouyama Prefectural High School and a member of the Fabrication! Astrology Pursuit Club. Prior to the club merger, she is the president of the Pursuit Club, a club that seeks out "things that are not known and things that cannot be done." Behind her usually calm facade, she is actually very mysterious and threatening, casually hinting at her illegal activities and hidden danger. She is well-known as someone who holds all the data at the school.

She has known the Student Council Empress for a while and calls her "Ecchan." She is always shown wearing her lab coat and never taking off her glasses.
