Komatsu Sana is Yakushiji's classmate and love interest. She is a sweet girl who likes spicy food.

She have hemorrhoids as well, but not as much developed as in Yakushiji's case. After she was found out she became "jiyuujin" and started hanging out with Yakushiji and Miura. She realized Miura's feelings for Yakushiji and decided to support her, even though she likes him herself.
