Kei's friend since middle school, Kei dotes on him and gives him a ride to school on his bike every morning but is distant with him at school. When he overhears Kei telling someone he's only does it because Setsu can't do anything by himself, he's deeply hurt because of his feelings for Kei, but things soon clear up between them once Kei explains he was only trying to protect Setsu's reputation.
