ShiQi is a young envoy from Tang, and is around ChangGe's age.


When ShiQi went to negotiate with the Khitan, he met ChangGe and later revealed he had known her when she was still a princess of Tang. When ChangGe claims that she does not recognize her, he comments on how ChangGe had changed from a prideful child into a level headed adult.
