A boy who lives together with Kokoro and the others.

Before living on the island, he used to live with his mother who is an insurance saleswoman. They used to have a good life until they entered in a state of poverty. Due to this, his mother chooses to commit suicide with him. Fortunately, Shuu survives, but his mother doesn't. Since then, he does not believe in adults.
