Out of all the Kozuki siblings, Tsukasa is the only girl; however, as a result of the increasing number of crimes against women, her parents decided to disguise and raise Tsukasa as a boy, and taught her how to fight and stand up for herself. She is very energetic and tends to act (or hit) before thinking, so oftentimes it's only thanks to her training and reflexes that she manages to get away from trouble. Her parents - both part of the law enforcement - instilled a great sense of justice in the Kozuki siblings, and the conflict between these morals and needing to survive is a constant source of misery after Tsukasa ends up having to ask Ryuuji for financial help.
